Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 apple
- 3 mint sprigs
- 1 lemon juiced (3 tbsp)
- 2 inches of ginger
- Add extra green vegetables as desired
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables Roughly chop the cucumber, squash, celery, apple, and ginger.
- Blend or juice Blend or juice the vegetables with the lemon juice, mint, and ginger. If blending, add enough water to fill up half of the blender. After blending, strain the juice with a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Enjoy fresh The juice is best fresh as it loses nutrients with time.
