Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 3/4 cups oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 container of blueberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp non-dairy vanilla yogurt
- optional: 1/2 cup protein powder
- optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease 9″ x 9″ pan if necessary.
- Mix ingredients Combine the oats, bananas, oat milk, baking powder, and optional protein powder directly in your pan.
- Add your toppings Top with blueberries, drizzle your maple syrup and yogurt on top. Sprinkle nuts on tope here if desired.
- Bake Bake for 35-40 minutes.
