Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt (or non-dairy equivalent)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup strawberries, cut
Instructions
- Combine Mix together the oat milk, yogurt, vanilla, lemon, flaxseed, and chia seeds.
- Mix Let the pudding sit in the fridge for a couple of hours. Mix the pudding to break up any clumps of chia seeds, you will probably see them clumping at the top and bottom.
- Top Top the chia pudding with strawberries and enjoy!
